Born Chris Carter, the Louisville native found love for music as a child watching his Great Grandfather create tunes playing his blues guitar. He has since been in love with music. However, decided to take a more unique approach towards reaching out to his community using his talents. As a father of two, Czarleo knows first hand the importance of bridging the gap between our youth and a productive environment. Giving even more inspiration to manifesting an oasis of greatness for all local artist, by providing imperative information and resources for those who would normally be unaware of the steps to take to achieve career goals in the music industry.
